| VIVA introduced 6sigma management approach in 2003, supported by Juran training. |

| • During the first round of training in 2003, three employees were awarded Black Belt Certification and six employees were awarded Green Belt Certification. One project titled “Raising the Quality and Value of CFLs” was recognized nationally as a ‘6sigma Best Project” and three more projects were recognized in Shanghai as best projects. |
| • The second round of training involves three employees training for Black Belts and 30 for Green Belts. |
